Where do you ship to in Australia?
We ship to almost everywhere in Australia! Shipping is free for most orders over $30, though some remote areas may incur a small delivery fee.
Is your toilet paper actually eco-friendly?
Absolutely. Our rolls are made from 100% recycled paper or forest-friendly bamboo. We use no inks, dyes, or scents, and all our packaging is plastic-free.
How does the '50% of profits' thing work?
We donate 50% of our profits to clean water and sanitation non-profits. To date, we have donated millions of dollars to help build toilets for those in need.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Yes, you can! Our subscription service ensures you never run out of TP. You can adjust your frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your rolls. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will help you out with a return or refund.
Are your products safe for septic tanks?
Yes, both our 100% recycled and bamboo toilet papers are biodegradable and safe for standard septic tanks and sewer systems.
